Role Overview: This position involves supporting R&D hardware development through hands-on assembly, prototype fabrication, and system validation. You will build and troubleshoot early-stage hardware, perform system tuning using lab instruments, operate additive manufacturing tools, and manage firmware and software deployments. Your work includes documenting technical procedures and providing feedback to engineering teams to improve designs. Key Responsibilities Assemble and fabricate prototypes at the PCB level using advanced soldering and mechanical techniques.Conduct hardware bring-up, QA evaluations, and diagnose malfunctions.Use spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and multimeters for power profiling and signal verification.Operate additive manufacturing and mechanical fabrication tools for prototype iteration.Manage firmware deployments and document technical SOPs and diagnostics. Qualifications & Skills Practical experience in hardware prototyping, assembly, and fabrication.Proficiency with lab instrumentation such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.Skills in scripting (Linux, Python) for automation and data acquisition.Experience with additive manufacturing, CAD, or 3D printing is advantageous. Additional Information: This role is lab-focused, involving work with physical hardware and providing technical feedback to engineering teams.
