About the role: Laboratory Technicians perform limited testing on blood and body fluids to determine the presence or absence of disease, monitor response to treatment, and aid in health maintenance (under supervision of Medical Technologists/Medical Laboratory Technicians).

Responsibilities: Technicians are responsible for specimen processing, preparation, and accessioning, as well as various clerical duties to assist in tracking and ensuring appropriate test completion.

Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Experience: No prior experience is required.

Skills: Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, effective communication, excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: No required licenses/certifications.
