About the role

This is a contract, fully onsite position based in Wilmington, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine laboratory testing on client samples following established SOPs and protocols.
  • Conduct serology testing utilizing ELISA, IFA (Indirect Fluorescent Antibody), and Hemagglutination assays.
  • Prepare reagents, media, and diluents as required.
  • Receive, process, and prepare biological samples for testing.
  • Perform sample dilutions and record assay parameters.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory pipettes and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and GMP-compliant documentation of test results.
  • Support laboratory inventory management and maintain adequate assay supplies.
  • Partner with project managers and technical staff to support testing activities.
  • Participate in general laboratory maintenance and housekeeping activities.
  • Support additional laboratory functions as assigned, including biosafety-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Life Science field.
  • 1–2 years of laboratory experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
  • Experience with ELISA, IFA, and/or Hemagglutination assays.
  • Experience in biologics testing, biosafety testing, or contract research environment.
  • Hands-on experience with serological testing techniques preferred.
  • Understanding of GMP documentation practices.
  • Experience performing precise pipetting and sample preparation techniques.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
