Laboratory Supervisor - Molecular

Job Summary: This role involves supervising the Molecular laboratory department, overseeing daily operations, staff management, and ensuring accurate and timely test performance in compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Include Supervising daily laboratory activities and staff schedulingEnsuring accurate test execution and prompt reporting of resultsTraining, mentoring, and coaching laboratory personnelResearching and resolving production errors, escalating issues when necessaryMaintaining Quality Assurance records and equipment Quality Control documentation Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Biological sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical TechnologyMinimum 4 years of clinical laboratory testing experiencePreferred experience in molecular testing and team supervisionASCP or AMT certification preferredStrong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and relevant regulationsProficiency with laboratory information systems and computers
