About the role
As a CBRE LIS/LTS Manager, you will assist managing the team responsible for providing client support within Critical and Technical Services. This role focuses on technical maintenance services in critical client environments, particularly in the life sciences, manufacturing, and related industries.
Responsibilities
- Manages, directs, and schedules day-to-day and long-range activities for defined Pharma Services scope, ensuring proper implementation of programs and procedures.
- Reviews work to ensure compliance with performance, safety, statutory, regulatory requirements, company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Supports the development and administration of the department budget, reviewing and approving expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials, and additional contract requirements.
- Processes performance metrics; tracks, analyzes, and reports performance in quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction, taking corrective action as needed.
- Manages contractor specifications, problems/issues, performance, and administration.
- Ensures supply of spare parts and consumables for in-scope Pharma Services.
- Manages day-to-day operations to ensure cost-effective, safe, timely, and compliant service delivery within budget and contractual obligations.
- Coaches others to develop expertise in most or all areas within the function, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Anticipates potential objections and persuades stakeholders, including senior leaders, to adopt differing viewpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
- Must meet physical requirements, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Highly sophisticated math skills, including calculating percentages, fractions, and financial-related figures.
Pay
The minimum salary for the LIS/LTS Manager is $115,000 annually, and the maximum salary is $135,000 annually. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
