About the Role
Join TriHealth as a Laboratory Co-op at Good Samaritan Hospital and gain hands-on clinical experience in a supportive, team-driven environment. This role offers Allied Health Science students a structured pathway to launch their laboratory careers through waived and moderate complexity testing, mentorship, and a clear route to certification. Upon completing the agreed-upon education and training, students become eligible to apply for Registry-Eligible MT/MLT positions across TriHealth’s laboratory locations.

Responsibilities
- Assist with waived and moderate complexity testing to obtain clinical training and experience.
- Develop skills in accuracy, prioritization, judgment, and problem-solving.
- Prioritize, organize, and handle a quantity of work efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of work.
- Complete complex assignments as received, delegated, or assigned.
- Apply judgment skills and problem-solving techniques in daily tasks.
- Retrieve and manage data effectively.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an approved Allied Health Science program (Required).
- Clinical training in an approved program as described above (Required).

Schedule
Part-time (48 hours bi-weekly), evening shift. No weekend or on-call commitment. Rotating holiday commitment.
