About the Role

Sentara Health is hiring an experienced Laboratory Client Representative to conduct follow-up sales calls to healthcare providers, businesses, and other potential clients to secure medical testing and laboratory services business. This role involves resolving client problems and complaints, taking a proactive approach to meeting customer needs, ensuring positive outcomes, and assisting in developing a marketing strategy for laboratory services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or Medical Technology (required).
• 3 years of Healthcare Sales experience or 4 years of Marketing experience (required).
• Laboratory experience (preferred).
