Role Overview: The Laboratory Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the laboratory environment to ensure compliance with research standards. Key Responsibilities Manage washroom operations, schedule and execute cleaning tasks, and uphold sanitation protocolsClean, sanitize, and organize laboratory equipment, ensuring proper storageMaintain accurate records following SOPs and GLPs, identify and report irregularitiesMonitor inventory levels of supplies, equipment, and materialsAssist with occasional animal care and report welfare concerns Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 18 years oldPreferred: Experience in cleaning within animal research environmentsPreferred: Reliable work history of at least one yearStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a team
