Responsibilities
- Rehang chickens 25-30 per minute
- Hang front halves
- Clip tenders
- Trim breast
- Cut wings
- Pull tenders
- Use knife or scissors to perform some tasks
- Perform cut-up/Cut Wings duties, including:
- Saw Operator cutting meat with a mechanical saw
- Cutting meat with a knife
- Debone using a drum machine, hanging drumsticks and trimming or grading product
Qualifications
Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Basic understanding of food safety practices
