Labor Relations Specialist

Role: Principal Labor Relations Specialist Responsibilities Lead labor strategy and manage union relations for utility and energy operations.Serve as the primary liaison with union representatives.Negotiate, administer, and interpret collective bargaining agreements.Manage grievance and arbitration processes.Partner with HR and operations to ensure legal compliance and support workforce changes.Advise leadership on contract interpretation and labor issues.Influence policy development and foster collaborative labor partnerships.Support a culture of safety, innovation, and sustainability.
