Labor/Payroll Analyst (Remote)(Financial Analyst 1) 28845
Summary
HII‑Mission Technologies is seeking a Labor/Payroll Analyst to join our team. This fully remote role is responsible for processing and auditing labor data, supporting payroll operations, monitoring timesheets, and maintaining effective labor procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What You Will Do
- Managing all aspects of the labor process, such as approving transactions, importing timesheets timesheet audit and review of labor postings.
- Work with the project teams to process labor corrections and respond to any queries about labor postings.
- Work with the payroll team on any queries regarding labor postings.
- Stay up to date with labor legislation
- Ensure compliance with all payroll/labor and organizational policies.
- Review the monthly reconciliation of all labor-related accounts
- Ensure timely and professional responses to labor and payroll questions.
- Cook with the internal & external audits.
- Aid the general ledger team in account reconciliations and manage labor discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
- Experience with Costpoint & Deltek T&E.
- Experience with managing high volume of employee timesheets.
- Excellent excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with labor legislation and federal tax laws.
- The ability to ethically work with employee-sensitive information.
- Solid knowledge of data entry management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
