Labor Management Engineering Manager
About the role
Implement market-wide labor management initiatives, procedures, and projects to standardize routine practices and improve overall operational and financial productivity.
Partner with market, hospital, and department leaders to guide them through the successful implementation of strategic labor management plans.
Lead action plans specifically targeting premium pay, contract labor, and general labor expenses to ensure efficient and appropriate staffing.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead labor meetings to analyze trends, address gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure the accuracy of volume forecasts and control targets, while maintaining data integrity, analytics, and reporting for all assigned markets.

Requirements
- A high school diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an associate's degree/bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Preferences
- 3-5 years with background in data, analytics, dashboards and Google Sheets.
- Experience in labor management preferred.

Pay
$105,830.21 - 147,521.09 per year
