Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Employment litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with federal court filings and CM/ECF preferred.
• Thorough understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and discovery practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management systems.
• Paralegal certificate, associate degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
