Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on traditional labor matters
- Support labor disputes, collective bargaining and related proceedings
- Draft motions, memoranda and substantive legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Work directly with clients on strategic labor and employment issues
- Auxiliary with the continued growth and development of the practice
Who You Are
- A 4th–7th year associate
- Strong traditional labor experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Motivated to contribute to practice growth and development
Compensation
- Salary Range: $310,000 – $420,000 (DOE)
- Discretionary year-end bonus and comprehensive benefits package
