About the role
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience representing employers in a broad range of workplace matters. This role will involve defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and disputes in both court and administrative proceedings.
Responsibilities
- Defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and disputes in both court and administrative proceedings.
- Experience with employee non-compete agreements and trade secrets.
- Contract negotiations and severance discussions.
- Advising employers on compliance and best practices designed to prevent employment claims and reduce litigation risk.
Requirements
- An active Minnesota license in good standing required.
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate excellent writing and oral advocacy skills as well as the ability to perform appropriate tasks with minimal supervision.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $205,000 - $250,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
