Labor & Employee Relations Specialist (North America)

About the Role

For our client, we are seeking a Labor & Employee Relations Specialist (North America) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Business Services environment.

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$110,000 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor on employee relations across North America
• Conduct and manage workplace investigations
• Partner with managers and HR on policy compliance
li>Coach people leaders to improve handling of employee issues
• Support development of employee relations policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Employee Relations or related HR discipline
• Experience handling complex employee relations cases
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws
• Proven ability to resolve issues in a matrixed environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills
