Labor & Delivery RN (Full-Time) (Nights)

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a nursing capacity within a high-quality, safe environment. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while participating in professional development activities. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors. Maintains clear communication across care teams and documents care plans effectively. Qualifications include an RN license, a nursing diploma or associate's degree (bachelor's preferred), and no prior experience required; two years of experience is preferred. The role emphasizes safety awareness and adherence to nursing standards.
