Responsibilities
- litigation defense
- advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws
- working on FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage and hour law matters
- taking depositions
- preparing cases for trial
Requirements
- two - five years of experience
- a license to practice in California
- a strong academic background
- excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
Qualifications
A strong academic background, including a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
Skills
Strong legal research and writing skills, ability to analyze complex legal issues, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000 and up to $40,000 + in bonus potential.
