Join a dedicated team caring for mothers and newborns in a dynamic environment Role Overview As a Labor & Delivery nurse, you will provide comprehensive care during labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal stabilization. Your responsibilities include assessing maternal and fetal conditions, interpreting fetal monitoring, supporting various delivery methods, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes. You will also educate and advocate for patients and families, creating personalized care plans and offering emotional support throughout the birth experience. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)Current RN license (state-specific or compact)Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationRecent experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother-Baby, or Women's Services Preferred certifications include NRP, ACLS, C-EFM, PALS, and additional Women's Services credentials. Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice are essential.
