About the role

Join a dynamic Labor & Birth team, providing comprehensive care across low- and high-risk obstetric settings, including L&B, OB ED, and High-Risk units.

Responsibilities

• Delivering hands-on nursing care to antepartum, labor, delivery, and postpartum patients.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams such as OB hospitalists, anesthesiologists, and maternal-fetal medicine specialists.
• Participating in simulation-based training, classroom education, and mentorship programs to develop critical skills and confidence.
• Maintaining appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios and ensuring patient safety and quality care.
• Providing comprehensive obstetric nursing care.
• Engaging in structured training and mentorship to support career growth.
• Adhering to safety protocols and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience in Labor & Birth or new graduate with residency program.
• Accredited nursing degree and current RN license.
• Certifications in BLS, NRP, and ACLS; additional certifications like RNC-OB or C-EFM encouraged.
