Labor and Birth RN

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery nurse to provide comprehensive care throughout labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal stabilization. As a Registered Nurse, you will assess maternal and fetal conditions, interpret fetal monitoring, support various delivery methods, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include creating individualized care plans, educating families, advocating for patient safety, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Requirements include a nursing degree (ADN, Diploma, or BSN), current RN license (Missouri or compact state), BLS certification, and recent labor and delivery experience. Preferred certifications include NRP, ACLS, C-EFM, S.T.A.B.L.E., PALS, and additional Women’s Services credentials. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, evidence-based practice, and mentorship skills.
