The Role
- Manage documentation and paperwork for label creation and inspection.
- Inspect English text, foreign text, multiple panels, and commercial labels for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with blinding requirements during label inspection.
- Export data from Clinicopia for GSA and JDE uploads.
- Create and upload GSA jobs and RAND files via the RAND Portal.
- Apply proper manual and electronic counting methods.
- Dispense printed labels to packaging using correct paperwork.
- Use SF1250 for Label Control work and maintain Rando File and Rando Log.
- Participate actively in team meetings and maintain housekeeping in Label Control area.
- Follow GMP/GDP guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and other personnel.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to blend knowledge and analysis with logic, active listening, and ethical behavior.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Willingness to share skills and information with others.
- Action-oriented and team-focused approach to achieving results.
- Ability to read, write, and speak clear English.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing ladders/steps, reading documents, using computer screens, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, bending, grasping, and listening.
Preferred Skills & Background
- Proficiency in business computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
- 0-3 years of clinical labeling experience or related pharmaceutical operations experience preferred.

Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday to Friday
