What You’ll Do
- Performance & Accuracy: Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.
- Technical Ownership: Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes rather than "band-aid" fixes.
- Data & Quality: Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a "zero-defect" mindset through close attention to detail.
- Safety & Collaboration: Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team to ensure overall site health.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
- Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations.
Shift
D Shift, Wednesday 12AM - 6AM, Thurs-Sat 6PM-6AM
