About the role

Responsibilities

• Maintain, break down, and set up equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues.
• Process finished or raw materials as a filler operator.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Communicate effectively with all departments.
• Meet daily production deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Pass all pre‑employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks.
• Physical ability to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch, and lift up to 50 lb.
• Capability to work in a fast‑paced, wet environment.
• Potential exposure to dust, fumes, and cleaning chemicals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Up to $21.25 per hour.

Schedule

3rd shift, Monday through Friday, 10:00 pm – 6:30 am, with Saturdays as needed.
