Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all functional activities associated with receipt, label design solutions, printing, inspection and release of labels in accordance with Almac Clinical Services SOP’s and cGMP’s
- Communicate and coordinate with Project Services regarding the creation and the approval of: Label proof approvals, Customer Timelines, Almac Clinical Services packing timelines, Regulatory review and translations
- Cook with the Purchasing Department to get orders placed for blank label stock and raw materials required for upcoming jobs.
- Approving vendor artwork and compiling documentation needed for QC approval of blank stock.
- Provide regular updates to supervisors, management and other managers regarding work allocation and project status
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Minimum one year working experience
- Strong computer knowledge including: design, spreadsheets, word processing
