Typical Day in the Role

The team supports Mixed Reality initiatives across teams in the U.S. and Germany, including Mixed Reality Link, which enables users to stream their PC experience through a headset. Key projects involve executing manual and automated testing, validating release quality, creating and maintaining test documentation, analyzing product performance, and ensuring software quality, usability, and reliability.

The role also includes performing ad hoc testing, triaging user feedback and bugs, monitoring release readiness, and helping drive issue resolution. Strong ownership of release validation, proactive communication, and hands-on testing of immersive experiences and volumetric technologies are essential.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with Meta Quest, Volumetric SDKs, 3D content workflows, C#, C++, Kotlin, Android, performance testing, or low-latency systems is highly desirable.
• Experience in Mixed Reality (MR) and Virtual Reality (VR) applications.
• Strong ownership of release validation, proactive communication, and hands-on testing of immersive experiences and volumetric technologies.
