Lab Technologist - Chemistry | Full-Time, Nights
About the role
Laboratory specimens are vital for the accurate diagnosis and treatment of diseases and illnesses. As a Lab Technologist, you will conduct a variety of automated and manual tests, alongside related duties, to gather data for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. You will also perform both STAT and routine testing in an accurate and timely manner. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you help meet quality control standards and troubleshoot instrument issues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of automated and manual tests
- Perform both STAT and routine testing
- Meet quality control standards
- Troubleshoot instrument issues
- Utilize Meditech lab information system for data entry and testing performance
Requirements
- Board certification (ASCP or NCA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology
- Current Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure from the New York State Education Department
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical laboratory setting

Pay
$52.61-$65.45/Hourly
Schedule
Full-Time Midnight-Flex, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM, with alternating weekend coverage.
