About the role

Partnering with a well-known and growing scientific organization in Burlington, we are hiring Lab Technologists for multiple upcoming openings across various shifts. This contract position offers hands-on laboratory experience, work with advanced testing methodologies, and a strong foundation for long-term growth within the life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and analysis to support patient diagnostics and healthcare outcomes.
• Process and prepare biological samples according to established laboratory procedures.
• Utilize laboratory instrumentation and equipment to perform routine testing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory results.
• Support quality control and quality assurance activities.
• Troubleshoot test performance issues and document corrective actions when needed.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and laboratory organization.
• Collaborate with Scientists, Technologists, and laboratory teams to ensure accurate and timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong laboratory skills gained through academic, internship, research, or industry experience.
• Knowledge of biology, chemistry, and laboratory testing techniques.
