Education And Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma with concentration in science or mathematics.
- College degree or course work preferred.
- Proficient in PC skills (XP, WORD, EXCEL).
- Experience handling acids and chemicals preferred.
- Experience working in trades, operating machinery preferred.

- Ability to work in a shop floor environment.
- Analytical problem solving.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Good math skills.
- Able to lift 35 lbs.
Purpose
Provide overall technical support to Worcester Metallurgy, Quality, and Operations.
Essential Job Functions
- Prepare metallurgical specimens and perform microstructure evaluations.
- Prepare and evaluate on-part microstructures on Titanium & Ni-based Superalloys.
- Provide support to Worcester Metallurgy.
- Preparation of different chemical etchants for microstructure evaluation.
