About the role

Join one of the world’s largest Clinical Research Organizations and play a key role in advancing new medical treatments. Our Early Phase Unit is seeking a Lab Technician to support healthy volunteer clinical trials and help generate high-quality data that shapes the future of medicine.

Responsibilities

  • High volume collecting, handling, processing, and shipping specimens (including PK samples).
  • Operating and maintaining lab equipment and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.
  • Troubleshooting sample or equipment issues.
  • Managing reagent and supply inventories.
  • Safely handling hazardous materials.
  • Supporting daily lab workflows and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of laboratory experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with biological specimens and using PPE as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.

Skills

  • Hands-on laboratory experience.
  • Experience with laboratory equipment.

Pay

Salary range: $20 - $25 per hour.

Schedule

Rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Work schedules are provided in advance to support planning, and candidates must be comfortable adapting to a variety of shift times as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
