About the role

Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collect samples of raw materials, and intermediate products according to established sampling procedures.
  • Communicate test results and ensure non-conforming material is processed appropriately.
  • Conduct laboratory tests and analyses, including but not limited to: Particle size analysis (e.g., sieve analysis, laser diffraction), Color analysis, Set up and maintain laboratory test equipment.
  • Input the status of raw materials into the Oracle computer system.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment in the lab.
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely manner and communicate any issues at the shift transition.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly.
  • Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Statistical Process Control software, Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, Basic math skills, Industrial work experience, Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording data.

Pay

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $20.04. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
