Responsibilities
- Receive, process, distribute, and prepare patient specimens
- Send specimens to reference laboratories for testing
- Provide excellent customer service and teamwork
- Troubleshoot issues
- Distribute lab sendout reports via manual or electronic fax
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Certificate, GED, Training, or Experience
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of laboratory terminology
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- One year of specimen processing and/or reference lab experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Minimum one year of experience
Pay
Estimated pay range for this position is $17.27 - $23.96 per hour depending on experience.
