About the role

Perform weighing and dispensing of raw materials for process orders, inventory management, and warehouse management following applicable SOPs and Batch records. Accurately and consistently record methods, materials, and results in batch records according to established formats. Utilize SAP for inventory transactions of raw materials, dispensed materials, and IOR (Internal Order Request) accurately and on time. Ensure accurate inventory by monitoring and adjusting materials as needed. Manage schedules, workload, and establish priorities using inputs from business requirements, SAP, and customer needs. Respond quickly and effectively to multiple and changing priorities to ensure current and future needs are met. Work in a team environment to meet department goals, keeping the supervisor informed on project status and significant findings. Ensure adherence to cGMPs, cGDP, and OSHA safety regulations. Maintain work areas (labs, warehouse, satellite areas) in a cGMP-compliant manner. Assist with continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge in manufacturing, warehousing, and/or inventory management (desirable)
• Experience in laboratory operations (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work under cGMP guidelines and coordinate production schedules
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs daily
