Lab Tech Ops - Central Weigh - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform weighing and dispensing of raw materials for process orders, inventory management, and warehouse management following applicable SOPs and batch records.
• Accurately record methods, materials, and results in batch records according to established formats.
• Utilize SAP for inventory transactions of raw materials, dispensed materials, and Internal Order Requests (IOR) accurately and on time.
• Monitor and adjust materials to ensure accurate inventory.
• Manage schedules, workload, and establish priorities using inputs from business requirements, SAP, and customer needs.
• Respond quickly and effectively to multiple and changing priorities and schedule work to meet current and future needs.
• Work in a team environment to achieve department goals.
• Keep supervisor informed on status of projects and significant findings in critical areas.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, cGDP, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Attend required training classes and participate in on‑the‑job training to maintain training compliance.
• Maintain work areas (labs, warehouse, satellite areas) in a cGMP‑compliant condition.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum: High School Diploma or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree.
• 2–4 years of job‑related experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, and/or inventory management (desirable).
• Preferred (optional): Experience in laboratory operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Ability to work under cGMP guidelines and coordinate/implement production schedule.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lb daily.

Pay

Maximum pay rate: $23 per hour.
