Responsibilities

• Adheres to specimen routing procedures and policies
• Fulfills regular specimen collection duties
• Delivers specimens to appropriate Laboratory areas within specified time frames
• Works cooperatively with others
• Supports section goals and objectives
• Maintains confidentiality of patient related information

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• None required

Qualifications

• Computer skills and dexterity for data entry and patient information retrieval
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Skills

• Proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard
