LAB RESEARCH ANALYST I
About the role
The Lab Research Analyst I will develop software control and user interfaces for custom laboratory imaging devices, utilizing Python, C++, and hardware control skills. They will support the advancement of laboratory and diagnostic imaging research.
Responsibilities
- Develop software control and user interfaces for custom laboratory imaging devices.
- Utilize Python, C++, hardware control, and project management skills.
- Support advancement of laboratory and diagnostic imaging research.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in botany, biology, zoology, psychology, or other directly related scientific field.
- Experience: Two years of research experience. A related master's degree may offset required years of experience on a 1:1 basis, e.g., a two-year master's degree in lieu of two years of experience. An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may also be considered.

Your total compensation goes beyond the dollars on your paycheck. Duke provides a range of benefits including medical and dental care programs, retirement benefits, and family-friendly and cultural programs. The anticipated pay range for this position is USD $51,448.00 to USD $77,945.00.
