Lab Manager

About the role

The Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations at the ethanol facility to ensure production quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all laboratory operations to ensure production quality and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure continuous process improvement through monitoring and analysis of data.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain efficient and effective operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent work and/or lab experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the processing of corn into fuel grade ethanol, dried distillers grains, and corn oil.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
