About the role

Responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the laboratory
• Manage and mentor a team of laboratory technicians
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies
• Develop and implement new laboratory procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, chemistry)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory management or a related field
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience working in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
