for each section heading. Use - for lists. Use
for prose. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Keep substantive info.
We need to extract content: The posting includes:
- Intro paragraph about Brown and Caldwell, internship description. That's about the role? Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Brown and Caldwell"? The instruction: Use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content.
We have:
Job Summary: description of role.
Responsibilities: list.
Skills And Competencies: list.
Experience: No prior professional experience required.
Education: currently enrolled etc.
Preferred Education: list.
Preferred Qualifications: list.
Preferred Experience: list.
Salary Range: Pay.
Benefits and Other Compensation: Benefits.
About Brown And Caldwell: company description.
We need to include sections only if there is real specific content. So we can have:
- About the role (maybe combine Job Summary and intro? Could be "About the role").
- Responsibilities (list).
- Requirements (maybe combine Education and Experience? The instruction says Requirements heading. We'll put education and experience requirements there.
- Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications? Or we could separate Qualifications and Skills? The headings list includes Skills separate. So we can put Skills under Skills heading. Qualifications could be Preferred Qualifications? Or we could put both Preferred Qualifications and Preferred Experience under Qualifications? But we have separate Skills heading. Let's follow: Skills heading for Skills And Competencies. Qualifications heading for Preferred Qualifications (maybe also Preferred Experience?). However Preferred Experience could go under Requirements? But we already have Experience under Requirements. Might be redundant. Let's think.
We have:
- Experience (No prior professional experience required) - that's a requirement.
- Education (currently enrolled etc) - requirement.
- Preferred Education (list) - could be under Qualifications? Or maybe under Requirements as preferred? Usually "Preferred" goes under Qualifications.
- Preferred Qualifications (list) - under Qualifications.
- Preferred Experience (list) - could also be under Qualifications (preferred experience). We'll put under Qualifications as well.
