Human Resources$25/hrPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. Must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting includes: Work Shift: 2am-7:00am Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays. The Target Pay for this position is $25 an hour. So we have Pay and Schedule info. Benefits section: there is a Benefits paragraph with list of benefits. So include Benefits.
We need sections: About the role (purpose of job?), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (education/experience?), Qualifications maybe overlapping, Skills (required skills and abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not duplicate content. Let's parse.
Purpose of job: "Receives and prepares samples for laboratory analysis and tests. Prepares samples, sets up instruments, runs tests and reads, interprets and releases results. May perform a variety of client service activities for internal and external stakeholders."
Essential duties and responsibilities: a long list.
Education/experience: "Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or Degree in a related field with a minimum of 1 year clinical laboratory experience in Hematology. Degree or experience in Molecular Biology preferred."
Required skills and abilities: list.
Physical demands and work environment maybe not needed as separate sections; could be part of Requirements? But we only have headings defined; we can include them under Requirements or Qualifications. Probably better to put education/experience under Qualifications, skills under Skills, responsibilities under Responsibilities, purpose under About the role.
Pay: $25 an hour.
Schedule: Work Shift: 2am-7:00am Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Benefits: list.
We must not include boilerplate like "Current Associates will need to apply through the internal career site..." etc. Also remove "About Antech" maybe not needed as it's not a heading; but we could include under About the role? Actually "About Antech" is company description; not required heading. Could be omitted as not part of specified headings. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings if we have content. We can include About the role (purpose). Responsibilities (essential duties). Requirements (maybe education/experience). Qualifications (maybe skills? but we have Skills heading separate). Actually we have both Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = education/experience; Qualifications = maybe certifications? Skills = abilities. We'll assign:
- About the role: purpose of job.
- Responsibilities: essential duties list.
- Requirements: education/experience (Associates/Bachelor’s Degree...).
- Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications (Degree or experience in Molecular Biology preferred). Could also include physical demands? But better to keep Qualifications for preferred qualifications.
- Skills: required skills and abilities list.
- Benefits: list.
- Pay: $25 an hour.
- Schedule: work shift.
We must not include placeholder text. Ensure we don't include lines like "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." maybe part of responsibilities? It's boilerplate but could be considered part of responsibilities? It's generic EEO. Might be considered boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove "To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function." That's generic. Remove.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So keep the detailed duty list.
Let's extract duties list:
- Perform and analyze results for the Total Parasite PCR panels and other non-PCR tests as required.
- Process samples and prepare samples for send out.
- Perform all required quality control per QA guidelines.
- Train on all areas to include Specimen Processing, Chemistry, Serology, UA, Coag and Parasitology according to all SOP’s.
- Oversee the entering and releasing of results.
- Responsible for the performance of tests such as Chemistry –Olympus, T4-Olympus, CBC-Advia, Progesterone, PT, PTT, Platelet count, Reticulocytes, UA and Parasitology PCR.
- Responsible for building hematology and UA loads.
- Read UA slides at a minimum rate of 45 per hour.
- In 24-hour laboratories, may also be responsible for the performance of tests such as Serology – FCV, HWAB, Accuplex, HW, and FELV, FIV-IFA, all other IFA testing as required as well as EIA and PCR testing when applicable.
- In 24-hour laboratories, may also be responsible for the performance of tests such as Parasitology - Giardia ELISA setup and testing and other miscellaneous test.
- Participate in all departmental training programs.
- Reconcile pending list.
- May be asked to participate in enterprise initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Also earlier: "Receives and prepares samples for laboratory analysis and tests. Prepares samples, sets up instruments, runs tests and reads, interprets and releases results. May perform a variety of client service activities for internal and external stakeholders." That's purpose.
Now education/experience: "Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or Degree in a related field with a minimum of 1 year clinical laboratory experience in Hematology. Degree or experience in Molecular Biology preferred."
We'll split: Requirements: Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or Degree in a related field with a minimum of 1 year clinical laboratory experience in Hematology. Qualifications: Degree or experience in Molecular Biology preferred.
Skills: list: Laboratory skills and experience, General science background, Attention to detail and ability to work independently, Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, Excellent verbal and written communication skill, Personal computer skills, strong typing ability, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Physical demands and work environment maybe not needed; but could be included under Requirements? Not specified headings. Might be omitted as not under defined headings. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could omit physical demands if not fitting headings. It's okay to leave out if not under headings? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. However we can incorporate physical demands into Requirements or Qualifications as a bullet? But headings limited. Could add a section "Requirements" and include physical demands there as part of requirements. That seems acceptable.
Similarly work environment could be under Requirements.
Thus Requirements will include education/experience, physical demands, work environment.
Qualifications: preferred Molecular Biology.
Skills: as above.
Now Benefits: list from Benefits paragraph.
Let's extract benefits list:
- Paid Time Off & Holidays
- Medical, Dental, Vision (Multiple Plans Available)
- Basic Life (Company Paid) & Supplemental Life
- Short and Long Term Disability (Company Paid)
- Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts
- Paid Parental Leave
- 401(k) with company match
- Tuition/Continuing Education Reimbursement
- Life Assistance Program
- Pet Care Discounts
We'll put as
- .
Pay: $25 an hour.
Schedule: Work Shift: 2am-7:00am Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Now About the role: purpose.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use
for headings. Use
- for lists. Use
for prose. We must not include duplicate lines. Ensure we don't include boilerplate like "We share a collaborative obligation..." etc. That's not under headings; we can omit. Let's craft. Structure:
