The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the content: The posting includes: - Salary range: $43.20 - $54.00 hourly, with factors for placement - Benefits description with link to benefits page - Company description/mission - Specific benefits listed: tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, professional development, wellbeing fund, 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, salary increase/bonus, PTO/holiday pay - Description of role - Responsibilities broken into sections: SECTION COORDINATION, TECHNICAL, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (Operating Budget, Capital Budget), PROFESSIONAL/PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, LEADERSHIP/PROBLEM SOLVING, MEDICAL STAFF RELATIONS - Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years experience, specific certification for Cytogenetics - Preferred: ASCP certification, Master's degree - Equal Opportunity statement (boilerplate - should remove) - Background Check info (boilerplate - should remove) - AI Disclosure (boilerplate - should remove) - Benefits section repeated (duplicate) I need to structure this into sections. The job title is not given explicitly but appears to be "Development Coordinator - Labs" from the description. I should not repeat it as heading. Sections I'll create: - Pay (since salary range is given) - Benefits (specific benefits listed) - About the role (the description paragraph) - Responsibilities (with subsections) - Qualifications (required and preferred) I'll use

for main sections. For responsibilities, I could use subheadings but the rule says use

    for section headings. I'll use

for each responsibility category (Section Coordination, Technical, Financial Management, Professional/Personal Development, Leadership/Problem Solving, Medical Staff Relations). But that might be too many headings. The rule says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." However, the responsibilities are detailed and categorized. I think it's appropriate to have subsections under Responsibilities. But the instruction says use

for section headings. I could use

for each responsibility category, but that would be many headings. Alternatively, I could have one Responsibilities section with sub-lists. The example headings include "Responsibilities" as a section heading. I'll make "Responsibilities" an

    and then use

? But the rule says use

for section headings. It doesn't forbid

. However, to keep it simple, I'll use

for each major responsibility category. But that might be too many. Let's see: The posting has clear categories: SECTION COORDINATION, TECHNICAL, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, PROFESSIONAL/PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, LEADERSHIP/PROBLEM SOLVING, MEDICAL STAFF RELATIONS. Each has multiple bullet points. I'll create an

    for "Responsibilities" and then use
with nested lists? But the rule says use
      • for any list of duties. I can make each category a subheading with

but the rule didn't specify. I think using

for each category is acceptable as they are distinct sections. However, the instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It lists "Responsibilities" as a section heading. So I should have one "Responsibilities" heading and then list all duties. But the duties are grouped. I'll keep the grouping by using or something? Better to follow the structure: I'll create an

for "Responsibilities" and then for each category, I'll create a

? But the output should be HTML fragment, and using

is fine. However, the rule didn't forbid other heading levels. I'll use

        for main sections and

for subsections within Responsibilities. That seems reasonable. But the instruction says "use

for section headings". It doesn't say exclusively. I'll use

for top-level sections: Pay, Benefits, About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. Then within Responsibilities, I'll use

for each category. Alternatively, I could make each responsibility category a separate

section. That would be many sections. The rule says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So I'll keep Responsibilities as one section with subsections. Let's structure:

        Pay

Salary range: $43.20 - $54.00 per hour. Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range is guided by the rules outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.
