Routine Duties
- Greeting patients/visitors
- Computer entry of physician orders
- Screens phone calls for test information
- Data entry and retrieval of patient’s results and messages
- Charting of patient results
- Supports the Laboratory computer system to ensure efficient operation of the Laboratory work flow
Phlebotomy and Triage
- Performs routine phlebotomy
- Performs skin punctures
- Supports in-house courier service
Supporting the Phlebotomy Collection Area
- Maintains printers
- Requisition request organization
