Job Title: Lab Assistant Role: Support specimen processing and laboratory operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include receiving, preparing, and scanning clinical specimens, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards. Key Duties Receive, sort, and prepare clinical specimens for testingPerform data entry and scan specimen and patient informationMonitor and maintain laboratory equipment functionalityMaintain a clean, safe work environment and replenish suppliesComplete administrative records and troubleshoot specimen-related issues Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalentComfort handling biological specimens with accurate identification skillsBasic computer knowledge and data entry proficiencyAbility to pass a standardized color blindness testPreferred: 3+ months of specimen processing or medical/laboratory experience
