Lab Aide

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining laboratory supplies, ensuring lab cleanliness, supporting equipment maintenance, and monitoring environmental conditions of cold storage units. The position also involves aiding research teams with study preparations, consumable stocking, and basic laboratory procedures. This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Stock laboratory supplies and respond to supply queries
• Maintain lab cleanliness and organization
• Support general equipment maintenance
• Monitor environmental conditions of cold storage units using monitoring software and respond to alarms as needed
• Occasionally support other operations such as package receipt, intake, and waste management
