Lab Account Representative

About the role

Griffin Health is seeking an energetic Lab Account Representative to represent their outpatient laboratory services in the community.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers.
• Promote Griffin Health’s outpatient lab services to expand their reach.
• Be a trusted resource for billing, coding, and regulatory information.
• Develop educational tools and materials to support client needs.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven success in outside sales.
• Experience in healthcare or laboratories is a plus.
• Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and reporting tools.
• Valid Connecticut driver’s license.
