Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to the appropriate table in accordance with established guidelines and food & beverage standards.
• Answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests.
• Using the table management system, manage incoming reservations and restaurant floor.
• Absorb and maintain effective working relationships with staff.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation.
