What's the Job?
Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications following industry best practices.
Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop preventive solutions.
Provide guidance and technical support to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure upgrades and new deployments.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in technical support or engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with Python and .NET Core development, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.
- Advanced understanding of operating systems, networking, and security protocols.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
