About the Role
As a Resident Assistant, you will be at the center of what we do best—caring for our residents with compassion and dedication while building meaningful relationships. You will provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living, support their personal environment, and help maintain their well-being through observation and documentation. Additionally, you will assist with the onboarding of new associates.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living activities.
- Maintain residents' personal environment.
- Provide observation and documentation of resident care.
- Assist with the onboarding of new associates.
- Complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
- Operate lift equipment (must be 18 or older per statute).
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.

Pay
$16.23–$17.91 per hour.
