Responsibilities
- Cooking and receiving IT equipment via our vendors
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues for Mac and PC
- Administering Jamf Pro for Apple device management and end-user support
- Supporting various IT Systems including Slack, G Suite, Jamf, Okta, Jira/Confluence, Mac, PC, Zoom, and more
- Identifying and resolving Mac and PC hardware issues, working with external vendors for repairs and replacements
- Tracing basic network issues such as DNS, VPN, and WiFi
- Occasionally lifting laptops and other IT equipment up to 35 lbs.
Requirements
- Strong Apple support experience
- JAMF MDM experience
- Desire to learn new technologies and skills
- Ability to handle support tickets in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Bonus Points
- Zoom Room configuration experience
- Experience supporting large meeting AV needs
