  • Facilitate cohort-based learning experiences, engaging diverse audiences and fostering psychological safety.
  • Measure long-term organizational impact through qualitative and quantitative evaluation metrics.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and articulate program value to executive stakeholders.
  • Build trust and collaborate effectively with HRBPs, faculty, clinical leaders, and staff across all levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of directly related experience in executive facilitation and leadership development.
  • Proven track record of building and launching leadership or manager development programs from zero-to-one in a complex, matrixed environment (higher education or healthcare experience strongly preferred).

  • Exceptional group facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills, with demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics.
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, curriculum mapping, behavioral change models, and instructional design frameworks.
  • Ability to define KPIs, analyze evaluation metrics, and articulate program value to executive stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven capacity to build trust, influence without authority, and collaborate across all levels.
